In the unlikely event that the folk at Massimo Dutti should happen to be reading this, here's a list of items I would love an opportunity to test wear for them during my visit to Paris later this year.
Studded Clutch - S$265 Beautifully soft leather and terribly elegant, I love this bag, I really do. Sadly, it isn't something I can claim to need right now, unless... |
Flecked Coat with Belt - S$465 If only I could find an excuse to buy this coat, I'd be able to argue that the bag would add a real touch of elegance whenever I wore it. It is way too hot in Singapore for anybody to wear a coat like this, however. |
Jewelled Collar T-Shirt - S$69 Here's something that could work just beautifully in the Singapore climate and which could also look fine worn underneath something else, something else such as, oh I don't know, maybe the same flecked coat I've already promised to love forever? |
Taupe Ballarina with a Cap-Toe - S$165 I am consistently amazed by this and Massimo Duti not only stocks shoes in a European 41, which is my usual size and rare enough, but it even goes up to a European 42. I have yet to stumble upon either of these sizes being offered at a discount during a sale; also the flats seem to sell out a lot faster than the heels, which are mostly around 4 inches, but hey! Hardly anyone stocks even a European 40 in Singapore. |
